1 This site is primarily intended to disseminate news, views, information, plans, opinions and current affairs.
2. The services offered by the site and/or its partners/affiliates/advertisers/franchisees/agents/agency etc. may be accessed and/or generally by any interested party, irrespective of region, religion, language, caste, creed, community , race, location etc. BUT SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
3.Visitors/Users/Members must be majors and must be able to enter into contracts in accordance with the laws of the land to access the Portal.

The user will be able to view all the content in the app, absolutely free for a period of three months from the time of registration in the app. Login is allowed only through registered mobile number with one time password generated at the time of registration. User will be able to view all content including premium paid content of the app. This free access to full content ends with a limit of 90 days and from the 91st day onwards, he or she can only view content marked as free and is prompted to subscribe to any of the following membership packs.
News Pack: In this plan, user can choose monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly plan. The user will have to subscribe to a plan where he will be allowed to access the detailed and freely available content in the news.
The user will be navigated to the subscription on the following actions mentioned in the app:
From the profile menu, the user can navigate to the subscription page.
If the user clicks on any premium content before subscribing to the app, the subscription option will be prompted.
If the user clicks on Watch Offline, the user will be navigated to the subscription page. After subscription ends, users’ offline videos will be deleted after 2 days.
DEVICE BASED SUBSCRIPTION : Individual subscribers can log in simultaneously – in three multiple devices to view any of the above subscription packs; While logging in on three devices, if the user tries to sign in simultaneously with the same login ID on the fourth device, the device will force the user to logout from the first device. The session ID will be used to identify the number of devices currently in use.
7. The Subscriber shall not alter or delete any content displayed on the Portal or do or do anything that may harm the content posted on the Portal or endanger any system or equipment attached or connected to the Portal.
8. Any member who commits or causes to commit any offensive/illegal act shall be responsible for all legal consequences thereof and shall also be liable to indemnify the customer against any costs and consequences arising out of such offensive/illegal acts.
9. Member shall not post any defamatory, offensive, exaggerated, exaggerated, false, defamatory, inaccurate, libelous, obscene, profane, pirated, offensive, horrifying, indecent, racial or illegal content on the Site. Visitors or Members shall not send abusive, threatening, coercive, harassing, indecent, obscene mail.
10. Members shall not submit or upload any material that infringes or infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. 11. Cancellation of Membership:

b) Membership shall be automatically canceled if any member sends abusive, obscene or sexually oriented message/s or photos/ or videos/ to other members or adds such content to any profile. Such members shall not be entitled to any compensation from Ushodaya Enterprises Private Limited.
12. Ownership:
a) This site is owned and operated by Ashwini Prakash Patole. HEREBY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR DISCONTINUE ANY SERVICE, FEATURE, OFFER, OFFER, CONTEST, DESIGN, LAYOUT, CONTENT, PLATFORM, EQUIPMENT, SYSTEM, PROGRAM, SOFTWARE NECESSARY FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS’ AREAS. SUCH CHANGE, MODIFICATION, DELETION , reserves the right to add or edit content or content or color scheme or features or advertisements.
b) The Portal reserves all its rights to upgrade or down-grade the technology or platform deployed by it and the Customer has no objection to any such technology up-gradation and down-gradation or change of platform or deployment of new technology.
13. Duties and Obligations of Visitors and Members:

b) Subscribers should provide necessary proof to confirm the information provided.
c) Each Member implicitly accepts personal responsibility and liability for the correctness, truthfulness, authenticity of the information submitted for display on the Site.
d) It is the responsibility of the respective members to prove the correctness of the information provided or displayed on the site.
e) The onus is on the subscribers/third parties to prove that the information is incorrect.
f) Members availing the online chat facility shall not abuse or misbehave with other members.
14. Errors and Inconsistencies :
While all care and precautions are taken to keep the site free from errors and inconsistencies, it is possible for some errors to creep into the site due to inadvertence, negligence, human error, innocence and good faith belief in information. shall not be liable for the innocent dissemination of such information and liability is limited to the removal of such errors and inconsistencies from the Site. Members and visitors may point out any such discrepancies with reasonable evidence for necessary action.
15. Intellectual Property Rights:
Trademarks, copyrights in artistic works, photographs, creative, graphics, layout, design, text, video, audio etc. shall be vested in the intellectual property rights on the site. Copying, publication, distribution, modification, transfer, alteration, imposition, mutilation of such intellectual property rights shall be punishable under laws including copyright laws. It sources materials and photographs from reputable agencies on the agreement of non-commercial use and distribution of materials and photographs. Members are advised not to download any images or content from the portal and use of images downloaded from the portal will violate the copyright of the owner of the photographs and will incur penal consequences. Intellectual property rights in various trademarks, logos, photographs, text and other content posted on the Portal and use of the same by members for any purpose will infringe the intellectual property rights of the owners of the content. Subscribers are cautioned against using any intellectual property loaded from the Portal.
16. Copying, storing, transmitting any information including photographs, profiles, code numbers, membership numbers, addresses etc. displayed on the site is strictly prohibited.
17. Subscriber/Visitor shall be solely responsible and liable for all consequences arising from any infringement of copyright, proprietary rights, including damages, attorney fees and costs.
18. Advertisements:
a) ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ digital platform publishes advertisements on “as is basis”. will not endorse any products or services advertised on the ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ portal or make any guarantees as to the quality, quantity, usefulness of the product/service advertised on the ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ portal, Advise users/customers to verify authenticity Given, the quality, quantity, usefulness and other attributes of the products/services advertised on the ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ portal.
b) shall not take any responsibility for displaying any incorrect or unauthorized content or information on the site and in case of any such display the responsibility of ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ shall be limited to removing such information or content from the site and providing details.
c)’No.1 Maharashtra’ shall be free to run/display advertisements on ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ portal in various forms like pop-ups, scrolls, tickers, buttons, paid links, ear panels, banner ads etc. on ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ portal. The customer should not mind running all such advertisements.
19. Compensation:
a) Members shall indemnify ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ against any claims made by third parties against ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ in respect of any content posted on the Site or any claim made in profile.
b) ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ shall indemnify ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ against any claims by third parties in respect of any content posted by members on the site and/or in respect of infringement of any intellectual property rights concerned.
20. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ makes no warranty as to any advertisement content. , affiliates, agencies, franchisees, etc. ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ shall also not be liable for any disruption, interruption, disruption of the Site or ‘No.1 Maharashtra’ or its agents, business associates, affiliates, agencies, franchisees, etc. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF THE SERVICES OR THE SERVICES OFFERED BY.

Grievance Redressal
